This Progressive Web Application Disclosure describes the nature, limitations, and expectations associated with the use of web-based applications provided by Insurtrix as part of its Services.

The Company may deliver certain software functionality through Progressive Web Applications, which are web-based applications accessible through internet browsers and capable of operating with app-like behavior on supported devices. By accessing or using any such applications, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Disclosure.

Section I

I. Introduction

The Company may provide portions of the Services through browser-based applications that can be installed, saved, or accessed on supported devices and that may behave similarly to software applications in certain environments.

This Disclosure explains the operating expectations, service boundaries, and limitations applicable to such experiences and forms part of the Company's broader legal materials for the Services.

Section II

II. Nature of Progressive Web Applications

The Company provides certain software functionality through browser-based applications that may be installed, saved, or accessed on desktop or mobile devices.

The Company does not represent these applications as native mobile applications and does not guarantee parity with native applications in all cases.

1. Core Characteristics

(a) Are accessed through standard web browsers.

(b) May be optionally installed to a device home screen or desktop.

(c) Operate within the capabilities and limitations of the user's browser and device.

(d) Do not require distribution through third-party application stores.

Section III

III. Device and Browser Dependency

The performance, availability, and functionality of any PWA depend on the user's device hardware, operating system, browser type and version, device-specific permissions and configurations, internet connectivity, and network conditions.

The Company does not guarantee that the Services will function identically across all devices, browsers, or operating environments, and certain features may be limited or unavailable depending on the user's environment.

Section IV

IV. Installation and Access

Clients and authorized users may access the Services through a web browser and may optionally install supported PWAs on their devices where the applicable browser and device permit such behavior.

The Company does not require installation of any software beyond standard browser access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Authorized Access Options

(a) Access the Services through a web browser.

(b) Optionally install supported PWAs on their devices.

(c) Remove or uninstall such applications at their discretion.

Section V

V. Functionality and Limitations

While the Company strives to provide a consistent and reliable experience, the Client acknowledges that browser-based delivery may differ materially from native software behavior.

The Company makes no guarantee that any PWA will replicate the full capabilities of native software environments.

1. Acknowledged Limitations

(a) PWA functionality may differ from native applications.

(b) Certain device-level capabilities may not be accessible.

(c) Background processing and notifications may be limited by the browser or operating system.

(d) Performance may vary based on device and network conditions.

Section VI

VI. Updates and Modifications

PWAs are part of a continuously evolving service model, and the Company may update, modify, or enhance PWA functionality at any time.

Clients acknowledge that PWAs may change over time without separate installation steps or version downloads.

1. Company Update Rights

(a) Update, modify, or enhance PWA functionality at any time.

(b) Deploy updates automatically without user intervention.

(c) Modify the user interface, features, or workflows as part of ongoing service improvements.

Section VII

VII. Security Considerations

The Company implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect access to its Services. The security of access to PWAs is also dependent on the user's device, browser, and network environment.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure devices, controlling access credentials, and limiting access by unauthorized parties.

The Company does not control third-party browser behavior or device-level vulnerabilities and does not guarantee that PWAs will be immune from all security risks inherent to internet-based services.

Section VIII

VIII. Offline and Connectivity Behavior

Certain PWA features may allow limited functionality during temporary network interruptions or degraded connectivity conditions.

1. Connectivity Constraints

(a) Full functionality of the Services generally requires an active internet connection.

(b) Data synchronization and real-time updates depend on network availability.

(c) Offline capabilities, if present, may be limited and should not be relied upon for critical operations.

Section IX

IX. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any PWA, and service interruptions may occur from time to time.

The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee continuous uptime.

1. Examples of Potential Interruptions

(a) System maintenance.

(b) Updates or upgrades.

(c) Network issues.

(d) Third-party dependencies.

(e) Device or browser limitations.

Section X

X. Intellectual Property

All Progressive Web Applications provided by the Company are part of the Company's proprietary platform.

As stated in the Terms of Service, all software, interfaces, and systems remain the exclusive property of the Company, access to PWAs is provided as part of a subscription-based service, and no ownership rights are transferred to the Client.

Section XI

XI. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability limitations below apply to PWA delivery and access.

1. Excluded Categories

(a) The Company shall not be liable for device-specific issues, browser limitations, or performance variability.
